RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of dollandbrat.com.au.

At Doll & Brat we understand you cannot try garments on before purchasing, we are happy to provide you a refund on full priced items, should they meet the below requirements:

  • Garment/s will need to be sent back to us within 14 days of placing your original order.
  • Garments should be returned new, unused and with all designer tags still attached.

If garments are returned in any other state, we may need to send these back you, however our customer care team will contact you.

***Please note that if you wish to return an item due to damage, or if you were sent the incorrect item, email hello@dollandbrat.com.au with your order number and return.

Sale items are subject to the same returns policy.

We do not exchange, refund an item if you have had a change of mind, or would like a different size or colour than what you specified from the original order.

Lost or Damaged Goods

If your order is lost or damaged, please contact us, email hello@dollandbrat.com.au within 14 working days of placing your order so that we may assist you.

Doll & Brat is not liable for the loss of an item being returned. We recommend that you return via registered mail.

If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrect item we will pay for the packaging and postage costs. However, we are unable to offer free delivery for "change of mind" returns and exchanges
