By purchasing any items from Doll & Brat you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions outlined below:

PURCHASES

By purchasing any item contained within this website, you agree to be added to the Doll & Brat mailing list where you’ll receive emails containing updates and promotions. Due to the handmade quality of our products, turnaround time on all orders is 1-3wks to produce our products, however there are times where turnaround can be pushed out to 6-8wks when there is an influx of orders, but we endeavor to provide you your order as soon as possible. Our displayed pictures on the website are accurate examples of our products, although depending on the type of resolution of the screen that you are viewing from, it may change the shade of colour slightly . 

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item/s are damaged, please contact us, email hello@dollandbrat.com.au within 14 working days from the date your item/s were posted. If an item/s needs to be returned you will be liable for the cost of shipping. Once the item/s has been received by Doll & Brat it will be assessed and if deemed to be a fault in the manufacture of the item/s, we will offer you a refund. If the item/s is assessed and is not deemed to be a fault in the manufacture of the item/s, we will return the item/s to you.

LOSS OF AN ITEM/S

Doll & Brat is not liable for the loss of item/s once it leaves our head office. We cannot guarantee that the item/s you have purchased will be identical to the photo you have viewed, however we try our best to ensure we provide you with a product that you are satisfied with. Customers will receive a tracking number as part of our dispatch email, which you can use to track the progress of your order.

Australia: Postage is typically between 2-8 business days. During sale times dispatch will take longer than usual. Please be patient while we will pick, pack and ship your order as soon as possible. International orders: Please contact us at hello@dollandbrat.com.au for approximate timeframes for all other countries.

REFUND POLICY

Doll & Brat hope that you enjoy your purchase and we understand you cannot try our items on before purchasing. There is no refund or exchanges on Sale Items. If you wish to return your items and require a refund or exchange an item/s from your order please notify your intention within 14 working days from the date your item/s were posted and email us at hello@dollandbrat.com.au, should they meet the below criteria:

• Item/s need to be sent back to us new, unused with all designer tags still attached

• We do not exchange, refund an item if you have had a change of mind, or would like a different design than what you specified from the original order. We do not offer free delivery for "change of mind" returns and exchanges.

• If item/s are returned in any other state, we may need to send these back you, however our customer care team will contact you. ***Please note that if you wish to return an item due to damage, or if you were sent the incorrect item, email hello@dollandbrat.com.au with your order number and return.
